A marketing automation flow with 27 touchpoints

How can we provide consumers with targeted information about a product and at the same time collect additional data for more personalised communication?

To inform consumers and encourage them to buy from Niko Home Control. To gather more knowledge about leads.
Approach

A marketing automation flow is developed for Niko Home Control which approaches each target group in the right way.

To achieve this, we outlined four different scenarios on the basis of existing content on Niko Home Control. These four flows were further developed to produce a total of 27 e-mails. In this way, consumers in the Niko database receive relevant content in line with their individual needs and interests.

By means of an interim survey, we not only collected more information about the leads in question, but we were also able to move leads to a different flow if their situation or interest altered. In this way, the content remains optimal at every moment of the flow.

Result

Not yet known: the flow still has to be gone through completely.
