Thank customers for signing up to the Q8 newsletter and surprise customers on their birthday where we know their date of birth.
Approach

Creation of automation flows using previously gathered customer data, consisting of a personal welcome mail and birthday mail.

Those interested in plus points receive, as it were, the gift of additional plus points after signing up for the newsletter and on their birthday.

Result

Welcome mail:

Open rate: 81,18%

Click rate: 45,56%

Birthday mail:

Open rate: 86%

Click rate: 76,55%
